WEBJan 7, 2023 · Unless she has remote call forwarding it can't be done, it should be on her bill if she does. Here's a link on how to use it. For a traditional landline you should call 866-410-7414 for repair service. As far as getting a call back, not saying it doesn't happen, but I've never seen a post where it did. ( edited) 0.
