WEBI called tmobil (bad move, they have no clue about travel). Finally hadto log into a chat thing. They just sent me a link to the booking site. I flipped them the bird and went to AAA travel, got the same class of suv with a free ad for a 2nd driver (wife) and it cost $275, tmobile wanted like $15 a day for a 2nd driver.

I don't use credit cards so I used my debit card to pay the $204.52 for the reservation in advance and would owe $60.55 in addition to the security deposit when I got to pick up the car. If you've never used t mobile in another country, heads up that you may need to enable free roaming in your online account as well as in your phone's settings. (My plan has 5g speeds abroad, ymmv.)
