"PJ's is a no nonsense sandwich counter across from one of the largest bars in town and where crowds empty out of the Shoe.\n\nFat Sandwich: I don't recall the name of the sandwich I ordered. It was the fat something or other. But there were large chicken tenders drenched with a Buffalo mayo sauce. There are also really good crispy fries and a little bit too much fried mac and cheese. The bread roll is soft and tasty, more than capable of sustaining all the meaty and saucy options that PJ's offers. This gut buster is a perfect start or end to a long night out along High Street."

"I'll try to make this short but cute area, nice spot right on the corner, but overall not worth your time. Sandwiches weren't impressive by any means and service was rude. Lady carrying out a girl's sandwich gave her attitude as she threw the bag at her cause the girl couldn't hear her call her name the first time, even though the girl was sitting on the opposite side of the busy room. Then proceeded to walk back to the back and make a loud comment about how clueless the girl was. A generous 3 star as that worker kinda ruined the experience for everyone there."

"The hotel we were staying at recommended this place and I'd say they were right to do so. The beer selection was interesting, we had a nice tangerine lager. The food was mostly sandwiches. I had the grilled cheese and roasted tomato soup. All of the food wait staff were friendly and very competent."
Made with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian or Thousand Island dressing, all piled between slices of rye bread and grilled to golden perfection, the Reuben is more than just a sandwich—it’s a satisfying meal in every bite.

A Reuben Sandwich is a traditional deli-style sandwich made with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing, all grilled between slices of rye bread until golden and crispy.
Their Reubensandwich boasts perfectly juicy corned beef, topped with tangy sauerkraut and creamy Swiss cheese, all embraced by grilled, buttered rye bread. The flavors danced on my palate, blending comfort and satisfaction in every bite.
Simple menu and fair prices for our day and age. I've heard about their Reuben being decent, so I ordered it. My son went for their Cuban sandwich, which will be my choice next visit. And we both ordered fries.
For the sandwich: Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place 4 slices in a skillet on medium-high heat, butter side down, then add 1 slice Swiss cheese on each (to protect the bread).
