The Assessor's Office is responsible for assessing all properties in Marion County. This includes commercial, industrial, residential, farm, forest, manufactured structures and business personal property. We maintain records on approximately 132,000 property tax accounts with real market value of over $50 billion and assessed value of just over $26.5 billion.
