Hello Graeme ,The M112 & 121 bus will get you to Mijas from Torremolinos . They are pretty regular but I can't remember how often - 3 or 4 an hour at a guess . It's approximately 1 hours interesting journey at only €1.65 cents each. I highly recommend Mijas - it was one of the highlights of our stay .
