Well I tried to cycle up the steep and twisty hill but, even in low gear on my e-bike, ground to a halt. Imposing it certainly is, if somewhat inaccessible.Full review by MichaelDScott
Probably a stupid question but how do you get up to the castle? Is there a path to walk up? Thanks

There is a costal path or you can walk through the town on pavement and roads which is signposted from town. North bay is about 15 minutes walk away from the castle Hope this helps
