If I buy a Christmas Wonderland ticket do I also need to purchase tickets to the Skyway or is it included?if its additional can I purchase the OCBC skyway ticket online as a bundle or do you have to physically queue and buy it at the ticketing counters? Thanks

The show is designed to be watched from ground level. So you get a night view from the bridge and the music will be fine but elements of the show are simply not as good from the Skywalk. The biggest issue with trying to watch from the Skywalk is timing. Notionally you are supposed to move along at a steady pace so as to allow continuous entry of people from the lift area - even during the day. However when numbers on the Skywalk are low the marshals sensibly use their discretion that there is no need to move people along. Around the time of the lightshow that isnt true as so many people are trying to get onthe the Skywalk they have to move people along in batches (you can see their lit up crowd control paddles from the ground). So to watch the show from the Skywalk you have to work out how long the queue is currently and join it so that you are able to be on the Skywalk as the show starts and hope that being in a block of people being moved along doesn't limit your ability to watch. For me, I stay on the ground and enjoy the longer range views from the Skywalk at leisure during the day - individual's mileage and choices will vary of course.
