Unfortunately no, however there is a dog park upstream, about 1/4 mile away. Be aware though, the dog park is not anywhere near as nice as Talleyrand Park.

You can't fish at Talleyrand Park, it's for strolling people and relaxing under the beautiful trees. In August there will be a fantastic Arts Festival nestled in the trees. Fishing would be at Bald Eagle State Park, and if you catch em you can keep them. It's in Howard not too far away. Right up RT 150. They have a little beach there and you can boat and picnic.
