The KWS fee for resident snorkeling is 300 for adults and 170 for children. If you have your own snorkeling gear and can swim out to the reef that is all you need to pay. If you want to go in a boat then negotiate, negotiate, negotiate. If you only go to the reef and not Mida Creek or dolphin-searching you may get away with 1000 per adult or even less.
