Probably. According to their website, there are still birds present, but not in vast numbers. A couple of weeks ago, there were a million snow geese at the refuge. Now the numbers are down to a few hundred. I would wait until the first weekend of December for Eagle Days. There are usually good numbers of waterfowl as well as eagles during that time.

It varies considerably. There is a Fall migration and a Spring migration. One day there can be a million birds. The next day they can be gone. Check their website for bird counts daily in Oct/Nov in the Fall and from February on in the Spring. Bald Eagle day is Dec. 15.
