For nearly 28 years I have handled legal matters in Ventura County and throughout California. I am a general practice law firm with a focus on business and real estate, handling all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation, entity formation and restructures, employment matters, complex business and civil litigation, and probate and trust administration and litigation. My practice includes preparation of all necessary transaction documents, resolution of disputes, and aggressive litigation where necessary.
