Yes, you can walk it but be sure to take water with you. From the parking lots in Glen Onoko to White Haven the only place to get water is at the Rockport trailhead. This is fountain water at the restrooms and a 12 + mile walk to water. Rockport to White Haven is approx 9 miles and just past the White Haven trail head is a shopping center with a Woods Ice Cream and a grocery store.
