For the musical "Come From Away" there is no orchestra pit. The music ensemble is on stage with the other actors. Can't speak for the history, but I would recommend contacting the theatre. They had a lot of historical photographs on the walls, so someone could lead you in the right direction.

good luck, if you find a suite for 5 people it will come with parking, I do not know of any free parking in the heart of any major city in the world, let alone Toronto. Sorry!
