Valley Township is a civil township of Allegan County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 2,221 at the 2020 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 36.0 square miles, of which 32.9 square miles is land and 3.1 square miles, or 8.50%, is water.
