Yas is a private beach area, I think, as you are charged to use the facilities - restrooms which are very clean and towels and loungers/umbrellas.. As other people have mentioned, if you stay on Yas Island, at one of their hotels - you will receive a voucher for entrance, sunbeds and towels. A lovely atmosphere, but I can imagine will get very crowed over the week-ends. Has a pool as well. Enjoy Yas!
