Police in the Chicago suburb of Berwyn said the shooting occurred outside Lincoln Middle School Tuesday afternoon and did not harm any students or staff.

A domestic shooting near Lincoln Middle School in Berwyn resulted in three fatalities. Berwyn police responded to gunfire and found a man shooting into a vehicle. Another suspect fired at the officers.

A 23-year-old man was shot in the chest near Hibbard Elementary, Edison Regional Gifted Center and Albany Park Multicultural Academy. At least one school went into a soft lockdown as police investigated.
