SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA - A 3.6 magnitude quake was registered near Pine Valley Saturday evening, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The quake's epicenter was located 69.3 miles east of the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, which has a population of around 165,000 people.
