Thursday evening's forecast calls for a 30% chance of snow showers, mainly before 9 p.m. Skies will be cloudy at first, gradually clearing to partly cloudy, with a low near 29 degrees. Northeast winds of 9 to 13 miles per hour could bring less than half an inch of snow.

Cold air and strong winds will move in Tuesday night, bringing dangerous wind chill temperatures and possible snow, said the National Weather Service.
