LONDON, Ky. ( FOX 56) — London police announced a Green Alert on Sept. 8 for an 88-year-old, last seen in August. The London Police Department said Donald Simons was last seen around 4 p.m. on Aug. 29 at his home on East Third Street. Simons is described as being 6-foot-6, about 180 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.
London police held a press conference Wednesday to address a recent surge in shootings, including a case on Aug. 18 when a gunman fired 33 rounds at a house on Foxridge Crescent, northeast of Fanshawe Park and Hyde Park roads, and a vehicle parked in the driveway.
