Plans call for building a 200,000-square-foot structure on a campus in the heart of the Phoenix Bioscience Core campus in downtown Phoenix, with total development costs ranging between $200 million and $230 million, said Rick Naimark, associate vice president of ASU. Bids for general contractors went out March 7, he said.
