Eddy Piñeiro signed with the 49ers earlier this week, however, he was preparing to head to Atlanta when he got the call from San Francisco. As ESPN's Nick Wagoner reported, Piñeiro was given the choice between the two NFC franchises, and chose to sign with 49ers over the Falcons.
