A soccer-loving nun from Brazil is believed to have become the world’s oldest living person at nearly 117 following the recent death of a woman from Japan.

Inah Canabarro Lucas of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil is now the world’s oldest person. She is also the 20th oldest person in recorded history.

She's seen it all. Well, more than most of us have seen. That's because this nun from Brazil was just recognized as being the oldest living person. Inah Canabarro Lucas has reached the age of 116 years.
