TCS Dividend Announcement In Q3 Results. TCS has announced to pay an interim dividend and a special dividend to its shareholders. In total, TCS will pay a whooping dividend of Rs 76 to its investors.

TCS reported an operating margin of 24.5 per cent which is a decline of 50 bps year-on-year, a sequential improvement of 40 bps over the previous quarter. The growth in business was led by Consumer Business Group (+1.1 per cent), Energy, Resources and Utilities (+3.4 per cent) and Regional Markets (+40.9 per cent), according to a TCS statement.

The Tata Group company had reported a net profit of Rs 11,058 crore in the year-ago period, and Rs 11,909 crore in the preceding September quarter.

TCS’s revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 63,973 crore, marking a 5.6% YoY increase (4.5% in constant currency). The operating margin was 24.5%, reflecting a YoY decline of 50 basis points but a sequential improvement of 40 basis points.
