Canberra's coat of arms is steeped in history. Almost a century old, it features a black swan on the left symbolising First Nations people and a white swan opposite symbolising "European Australians".

It may not be something you've given much thought to, but the coat of arms on the High Court of Australia is technically wrong. It's something eagle-eyed Curious Canberran Garry Lee noticed though.
