These gloves are dropped by one of the Nameless White Mask (NPC) invaders (Siofra River). They can be found in the bloody lake east of Mohgwyn Palace. There are a total of three invaders.

This is one large obstacle you can remove in the bloody lake that will make your life easier when contending with the invaders.
