A Cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to the arrest of a Floyd County man for possession of child pornography.

Following an interview with him, De La Garza was arrested and booked into the Floyd County Detention Center.All three charges his is facing are level five felonies. FLOYD COUNTY, Ind.
