Just in time for Halloween, JLL is selling a $78.4 million debt that appears to be tied to Hotel Union Square, which often appears on lists of the “most haunted” hotels in San Francisco.

The arrests came Wednesday around 5 p.m. as union members sat in the middle of a busy street following a march that began near the Hilton Union Square, the city's largest hotel.

One renovated Union Square hotel is bringing high-tech details to the property, including Internet speeds that are five times faster than the average San Francisco hotel.

The hotel is also near the Union Square Macy’s, which announced last February that it was joining 149 other locations nationwide expected to shutter by 2027.
