Hyland Lake Park Reserve in Bloomington gets new cross-country ski trail. The 5K trail loop will feature guaranteed snow thanks to a snowmaking system the city approved. By Tom Meersman.

The headlining event is the Winter Play Day Festival on Saturday, February 22 from 11 am – 3:30 pm at Hyland Lake Park Reserve. There are many activities planned.
