The cover page of Bleach Chapter 352 gives a foreshadowing of Ichigo's last form and his actual Bankai, striking and partially transforming with his hollow mask cracked and merging into his face.

The form looks like it is an altered take on Ichigo’s Vasto Lorde transformation thanks to his long hair. However, the hero’s Hollow mask appears to be broken here.
