Kimberly V. Grover, 47, was arrested Tuesday morning by a Granville Police sergeant shortly after arriving at Mary J. Tanner School with the cocktail, according to officials.

Grover took a breathalyzer test, and her the blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent. Police charged her with DWI. A call has been placed to the Granville Central School District seeking comment.
