Five years after COVID-19 restrictions prevented Liverpool fans from celebrating at Anfield their team's first top flight title triumph in 30 years, Reds faithful wasted little time on Sunday getting the party started on another Premier League success.

After a first league title in 30 years was impacted by Covid-19 in 2020, the city of Liverpool is looking forward to a summer of celebration.

Fans began pouring into Anfield early in the afternoon, with hundreds gathering in the city. The Reds' supporters soon broke into lively renditions of the famous terrace chants, including "Allez Allez Allez" and the song for Luis Díaz with "In Barrancas, a young dreamer with a ball at his feet" ringing out.
