The Mountain View City Council is looking to encourage more residential and commercial development along Moffett Boulevard.

In a unanimous vote, the Mountain View City Council decided to neither support nor oppose a bill that could curtail builder's remedy.

Four months ago, they were stepping into their Mountain View home that was covered in sludge. Most homes on South 42nd Street were flooded from a storm channel that overflowed during heavy rains.
