NORTHVILLE, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) - A Northville High School teacher is celebrating 50 years in the classroom and is one of the longest-tenured high school band teachers in Michigan.

NORTHVILLE, MI -- An unidentified male teacher at Northville High School has been placed on administrative leave after the district learned he is expected to be charged later this week.

He did not coach soccer at Northville High School. The man has not been charged with a crime; more details on the case will become known if arraigned, likely at the 52-2 District Court in Clarkston.
