A woman has filed a federal lawsuit against the Oakland County Sheriff's Office, alleging that deputies wrongly shot and killed her 33-year-old son.

The Oakland County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a 66-year-old businessman was shot and killed earlier this week.

Bouchard said three suspects have been arrested in connection with the murder. William Creasy, Scott Brown and Deonte Prophett are charged with felony murder among other offenses. Bouchard said the three men from Ohio were after drugs, stealing 50lbs of marijuana after killing Simko.
