Idaho Fish and Game stocked kokanee salmon in Payette Lake in an effort to balance their populations with Mackinaw ... is set for July 20 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn Boise Spectrum.

Mackinaw trout, or lake trout, can be caught at Payette Lake in McCall, Idaho. The fish can be a challenge for anglers, who can also find Kokanee salmon and pikeminnow.
