Maps: Two Earthquakes in Three Days Shake San Francisco Area
A minor, 3.6-magnitude earthquake struck near San Francisco on Friday, according to the United States Geological Survey. The temblor happened at 7:02 a.m. Pacific time about 3 miles northwest of San Francisco Zoo, Calif., data from the agency shows.
