PLB-Wonder Bay Development Sdn Bhd is launching at the end of the year the third phase of the RM100mil Sri Saujana project, comprising over 700 apartment units, at Gat Lebuh Macallum in Penang.

THE Penang Housing Department has offered 95 people units at the Sri Saujana flats on Macal- lum Street, and they will move in after their bank loans have been approved.

At the Sri Saujana flats at Gat Lebuh Macallum, Penang all air wells are forcefully closed and charges for laying the concrete and sealing them are imposed on the adjacent unit owners.
