It seems as if people will buy anything if they can get you to lower the price. At one of my garage sales several years ago, I pulled out of the trash an ugly flower vase my wife had thrown away.

I'm talking about the Great American Yard Sale. They hold them twice a year ... while haggling over whether something with a penciled price tag of $1 could be bought for 50 cents.
