Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is expected to resign later on Tuesday, with AAP MLAs scheduled to hold a key meeting at his residence at 11:30 am to choose his successor. Kejriwal is likely to meet Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena at 4:30 pm to formally submit his resignation.

Arvind Kejriwal resigned from his position as Delhi's chief minister on Tuesday, handing over his resignation to Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena. AAP leader Atishi has been nominated as his successor and will be Delhi’s third woman chief minister.
