HABERSHAM COUNTY, Ga. — Months after giving birth, guards found a woman dead inside a state prison cell in northeast Georgia. Now, the circumstances surrounding Sheqweetta Vaughan's death have non-profit leaders concerned.

An investigation is underway after a decomposing body was found in a Dothan home. The Dothan Police Department received a call about a possible dead body in an abandoned home on Marbury St. in Dothan.
