Sabrina Cervantes, who was taken to the hospital after a collision Monday afternoon, forcefully denied she was driving under the influence.
The crash was reported around 3:40 a.m. at Valley View Street and Panama Drive. The motorcyclist was hospitalized and pronounced dead by the UCI Medical Center staff, Buena Park police said. The other driver, Seth Macklin, 25, of Huntington Beach stayed behind after the crash and was determined to be under the influence and arrested.
