If you missed the excitement of Tallahassee's Backwoods Crossings debut feature in December on the Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" with celebrity chef Guy Fieri – hold on, there's more. The Cajun-style eatery known as Coosh's Bayou Rouge Restaurant will be featured in season 51, episode 2 of the hit television series this month.

Over 20 culinary experiences, including featured restaurants seen on "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" and "Guy's Custom Tailgate Concepts," will be on display.

"It'll be five hours of fun, I promise you that," Guy Fieri tells PEOPLE of the third annual Guy’s Flavortown Tailgate at Mardi Gras World in New Orleans during Super Bowl 2025.

As for food, Fieri said he picked some of the restaurants from his long list of favorites that he has visited for his show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" and a few other spots on his radar in Louisiana. The list was whittled down to 11 restaurants, and each will have complimentary bites for attendees and food for purchase.

Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Tailgate returns to New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX on Feb. 9, offering free entry, local eats, and live music from Diplo, Flava Flav, and Cowboy Mouth.
