P ITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Pirates right-handed starting pitcher Mitch Keller put in one of his best performances of the season in a 5-0 shutout victory over the St. Louis Cardinals at PNC Park. The Pirates complete the sweep of the Cardinals, as they also won 7-0 on June 30 and 1-0 on July 1, shutting out their rival in all three games.

PITTSBURGH — Mitch Keller pitched seven innings, Isiah Kiner-Falefa hit a two-run single in a four-run eighth and the Pittsburgh Pirates shut out St. Louis over a three-game series, winning 5-0 Wednesday to extend their winning streak to a season-high six.
