Sainsbury's has urgently called for customers to refrain from consuming two popular fridge items after recalling them. Shoppers have been instructed "not to eat" Yorkshire Provender Jacket and Toast Topper Mexican Inspired Lentil Chilli and Yorkshire Provender Jacket and Toast Topper Haricot Beans in a Spicy Tomato Sauce.

Sainsbury’s customers who regularly shop at Sainsbury’s Local with their Nectar card have been given a £572 warning. Research has revealed that those shopping at Sainsbury’s smaller convenience stores are paying a significant premium compared to larger Sainsbury’s supermarkets, even with a Nectar card.
