FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WBAY) - On Monday, Joshua P. Weber was sentenced to a prison term of 25 years for a First-Degree Reckless Homicide conviction. The sentence stems from a Dec. 28, 2020, fentanyl overdose death that occurred in Fond du Lac.

District Attorney Eric J. Toney announced today that Joshua P. Weber has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for the first-degree reckless homicide of a man who died from a fentanyl overdose in December 2020.
