Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal started the second half of Saturday's game against the Washington Wizards for rookie Ryan Dunn, who suffered a left ankle sprain in the first half. Dunn checked out of the game with 10:11 left in the first quarter and didn’t return. Dunn had replaced Beal in the starting lineup Jan. 6 at Philadelphia.

The Suns are still without Jusuf Nurkic, who has yet to join the team on this five-game road trip because he’s been out with the flu. He'll miss a third straight game on Thursday.

Veteran center Jusuf Nurkic was benched earlier this season, and in a perfect world, the Suns would love to use his $18.1 million salary to land a difference-maker. In the meantime, though, he is still a member of the Suns and is working through those difficult circumstances.
