A woman died Sunday after being hit by a car in Southeast Portland, police said. Officers responded at 6:43 p.m. to reports that a pedestrian had been struck by a car in the 4200 block of Southeast Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
