Pixel art is a form of digital art, where images are edited on the pixel level. The aesthetic for these kind of graphics comes from 8-bit and 16-bit computers and video game consoles.
Fubon Art Museum Director Maggie Tsai (翁美慧) noted that the Taipei presentation marks the final stop of the exhibition’s Asian tour. The paintings will be on view from June 11 through Sept. 29.
