Gary Whitelaw. Bentall Kennedy and GreenOak Real Estate have agreed to a merger in which the combined entity will be called Bentall GreenOak and is valued at $940 million.

Bentall Kennedy is looking to sell its massive Downers Grove office building for $140 million, entering a suburban market that has seen rising rents despite some large corporate defections.
