Kendrick Lamar took the stage at Super Bowl LIX for the halftime show and promptly laid waste to Drake. While it was an interesting show, particularly considering the whole “Not Like Us,” angle, it also marked the continuatin of a more than two-decade streak of country music acts being shut out of the lead spot at halftime of the big game.

Let’s get Eilish to perform on Super Bowl Sunday sooner than later. If we could pick a rock band to play at halftime of the Super Bowl, the Foo Fighters would be our top choice. Dave Grohl is one of the best showmen in all of music, and we’re betting he’d bring the house down with his seminal rock outfit.
